General Purpose of the Position:
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be
responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of
correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate's
voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
- Greets and directs visitors to the company.
- Will take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location,
company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
- Received, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Possession of strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates.
Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:
- Moderate level of computer skills required, including proficiency using Microsoft programs
(emphasis in Excel and Word) and email systems (web-based preferred).
- Must have experience in using web-based data systems.
Education and Experience Required:
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

General Purpose of the Position:
DMM will report to the Director of Operations during non mission times and the Mission Manager during actual training missions.
Provide overall management, coordination, and administrative support relevant to the Role-Players (RP's) and on-site support staff
under my direction during, in-between, and on all future training missions. Ensures successful accomplishments of contract
requirements pertaining to RP training activities at Camp Lejeune, NC (East Coast).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage RP's and support staff on site during training missions.
- Provide overall administrative support to DTS's Human Resource (HR) implementing, enforcing, and resolving RP and support staff issues.
- Responsible for the collection of RP evaluations from Lane Controllers (LC's), reviewing and counseling RP's if
required and provide recommendations to HR prior to submittal to the database tracking system.
- Track and ensure RP labor times are completed and submitted for on-time payroll dates.
- Always represents DTS in daily execution of contractual and operational responsibilities associated with role-player training.
- Enforces all corporate and local policy, procedures and directives pertaining to quality assurance, safety, and security.
- Ensures RP's and support staff complies with customer, program, company, and government policies and procedures.
- Trains, evaluates, and disciplines DTS site personnel.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Travel to various locations in the United States, as assigned.
- Be able to work in various outside environments that may include extreme heat or cold.
- Demonstrate ability to remain professional and cooperative under changing situations.
- Work any shifts as needed.
- Able to interact between different cultures and make diverse cultures work together as a team.

General Purpose of the Position:
This position will work closely with the Human Resources Department and the Director of Linguistic and Translation Services.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following tasks: Recruit Role Player needed for upcoming missions, complete and
verify documentation, develop and update mission-appropriate rosters in a web-based data system, produce photo ID badges for Role
Players, and assist with Role Player timesheet submission process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with candidates, co-workers and supervisors (including Role Players, Foreign Language Specialists,
Mission Managers, Lane Controllers), military personnel, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond to requests for information / documentation in the timeframes provided.
- Assist Director of Linguistic and Translation Services with recruiting Role Players, including but not limited to:
- Provide and assist candidates in completion of application documents
- Interview candidates
- Complete I-9 verification, including copy ID(s) used
- Verify completeness of application documents
- Send original documents to corporate office in a timely manner for processing
- Develop and update mission rosters in a web-based data system based on the Statement of Work (SOW),
including factors such as gender, language and religion. Also must consider transportation requirements and expenses,
proximity to mission location, and availability.
- Travel to mission locations with necessary company equipment to produce contract-required photo ID badges on site.
- Be available by computer (email / IM) and / or cell phone daily to answer any questions or concerns.
- Create timesheets for each mission and provide to a responsible Team Leader for completion and assist in providing
information to payroll for processing, if necessary.
- Ensure that actual hours are tracked at each mission, verified by each employee (by their signature), and submitted to
corporate office within 5 days of the last day of each mission.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Travel to various locations in the United States, as assigned, often on short notice.
- Demonstrate ability to remain professional and cooperative under changing situations.
- Proficiently communicate in both Arabic and English.
- Demonstrate organization and accuracy in written communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of all personal information.
- Be able to work in various outside environments that may include extreme heat or cold.
